If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


-The Buyer must send the written notification containing particulars of the invoice and the products and reasons for return.

-Inspect the products will be done by Seller before process the refund

 -The Products’ condition is good and without any damage

-Portion amount of price for the Products will refund if the Products have any damage caused by Buyer. The cost of repair the damaged Products will deduct from the amount of refund.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, the buyer will also be responsible for initial and  return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card (or original method of payment) you paid that you use when placing your order once returned item reserved which may take unto 5-7 Business working days.

WHEN do items need to be returned by:
30 Day Money Back Returns(T&C Apply) - You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Before returning your purchase please contact us first so we may attempt to resolve any issues you may have. We will only accept returns if the item is not as described or not suitable for intended use - we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. All items must be returned in original packaging, unused and fit for resale.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refund is limited to cost of goods purchased, under no circumstances will we refund freight costs.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


For all of our products we follow manufacturer warranties.If you have any problems or defect we will refer you to our supplier/manufacturer for assist and they will deal with problems you have.
