HANDLING TIME
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
TRANSIT TIME
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order has been processed. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We are offering weight based shipping for all orders.

DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
All items will be sent using a courier company of our choice. In most cases we will dispatch items the 1-3 business day, Larger Items over 40kg will be sent within 3-5 business days and for Pre Order items we will advise you of a delivery time frame.
We require a delivery address and a telephone number for the courier as couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. Smaller items will be sent with authority to leave in a safe place; if you have any special requirements please advise us at checkout in the comments section.
A Tax Invoice with tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company to ascertain the approximate delivery date.
We cannot assume any responsibility for shipping delays once goods have been dispatched. Though most delivery delays are out of our control, we are more than happy to assist with any delivery problems.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We can only ship to one address per transaction. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
