Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping :

Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance travel and type of shipping service you specify ground, next day and second day.

Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries.

All items will be sent using Our Choice of  courier company . In most cases we will dispatch items the next business day, Larger Items over 40kg will be sent within 2 business days and for Pre Order items we will advise you of a delivery time frame.

We require a delivery address and a telephone number for the courier as couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. Smaller items will be sent with authority to leave in a safe place if you have any special requirements please advise us at checkout in the Note section.

A Tax Invoice with tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company to ascertain the approximate delivery date.

We cannot assume any responsibility for shipping delays once goods have been dispatched. Though most delivery delays are out of our control, we are more than happy to assist with any delivery problems.

Transit Time:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items,Destination and the shipping options you choose.Estimated Shipping time is as follows

Regional Areas:-  5 to 8 Business Days

Metro Areas:- 2 to4  Business Days

Getting your products Delivered from our website is very easy. We offer low cost flat rate shipping for deliveries in Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW), Perth (WA) & Brisbane (QLD) metro areas.

For any orders that don’t fit in to this criterion, we will contact you to confirm additional shipping charges or provide a full refund.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3to5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


We have a number of delivery options available to suit your needs;

Local Collection Depot Delivery – In many cases it may be more convenient and or economical for you to collect your goods from a local collection depot, particularly if the items are large or bulky. All depots have forklift facilities and can load items onto your vehicle. These depots will receive your goods, notify you when goods are ready for collection store them safely and load heavy items onto your vehicle when you collect them,

Courier Delivery to your door. - Most of our products can be delivered to almost any address in Australia (see delivery to remote areas) and are split into 2 categories.

Items up to 40kg; there no special handling requirements. We send these items with authority to leave in a safe place, so you will not need to be home for delivery.

Items over 40kg; these Items will require a tail lift truck to unload,  you will need to be available to sign for the delivery.

Collect Shipments:

Delivery to a local Business - You can have your goods delivered to a local business in your town. to use this service a local business is defined as being open and attended during normal business hours and with a forklift or loading dock to unload heavy items. Unfortunately, if you work from home or your business is unattended or out of town you cannot use this service.

Delivery to remote areas - If couriers do not normally deliver to your address, ours will be no different; it is recommended that you choose the local depot or tailgate option. Please contact us for confirmation if you are unsure.

Pickup from our warehouse. - You are welcome to pickup from our warehouse from Monday- Friday. All pickups are by appointment, Please call  or email us first to make arrangements and confirm availability.

Note:- For freight collect shipments you are responsible for order tracking once freight is loaded onto truck. In addition, IndustrialSolution can not assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.
